Process: During the application process, each renter will place an offer based on three levers:
Move-in-Date, Length of Stay, and Rental Price.

Instead of losing people willing to pay more and stay longer, you'll be able to negotiate with the most qualified applicants and receive better lease terms and maximized rental yields.
LivoSecure Messaging
For a chance to secure our properties as your new home, an offer and an application are both required. For consideration, ensure your application is submitted within 24 hours of placing your offer.
Placing an Offer
We encourage you to place an offer based on multiple levers such as rental price, security deposit, move-in date, and lease length.
LivoSecureTM 's Offering System determines your spot in becoming eligible for this property based on the offers that meet the most qualified terms.
For a set amount of days, you will have the opportunity to re-negotiate your offer in real time amongst other prospective renters.
If the SecureNowTM option is available, and you agree to the Secure NowTM amount, you will have a chance to secure the top position and end the offering period immediately.
At the end of the offering period, the leasing team will be in touch starting with the top offer and
so forth. The top position will not always guarantee the lease. The lease is ultimately awarded
to the most qualified offer that meets the application and screening criteria.
