Steven Rice
Steven R. Rice is the Founder and Designated Broker of RGroup Realty and Property Management, and a business owner behind affiliated companies including Elements By Design and Sizzle Marketing. With more than 24 years of real estate experience and over 17 years in property management, Steven has built his career around helping property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and real estate professionals create practical, profitable real estate solutions.
Steven’s niche expertise includes residential real estate brokerage, property management, investor relations, property performance strategy, BINSR and repair coordination, agent development, and integrated real estate service models that connect brokerage, maintenance, marketing, and long-term asset growth. He is especially focused on building systems and programs that help clients maximize property value, improve operations, and create recurring revenue opportunities.
His professional credentials include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, CRPM (Certified Residential Property Manager), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and e-PRO.
Over the course of his career, Steven has held leadership roles with Long Realty, Realty Executives, and Keller Williams, and has served as a Branch Manager, brokerage leader, and business builder. In 2024, he founded RGroup Realty and Property Management, expanding his vision into a multi-company platform that also includes contracting services through Elements By Design and business development support through Sizzle Marketing.
